These terms cover your use of FuelTrack. Please read them before you start logging.
By creating an account or using FuelTrack, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the app.
You must be 13 or older to use FuelTrack. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for the meals, photos, weights and goals you log, and for keeping your account secure. Don't enter content you don't have the right to share, and don't use FuelTrack for anything unlawful.
FuelTrack is a tracking and estimation tool. It is not a doctor, dietitian or medical device, and nothing in the app is medical, nutritional or dietary advice.
Calorie and macro figures are estimates and can be wrong. This is especially true of AI-generated estimates from a photo or a text description, which are approximate by nature. Always use your own judgement, and speak to a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet, training or health.
FuelTrack is provided "as is". We don't promise that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any estimate it produces will be accurate.
To the extent the law allows, FuelTrack and the people who operate it are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on information in the app — including health, dietary or training decisions.
Features may be added, changed or removed over time, and the service may be discontinued. Where a change significantly affects you, we'll aim to give reasonable notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use FuelTrack after an update means you accept the revised terms.
